ISCE History
The International Symposium on Consumer Electronics (ISCE) has a long history dating back to 1988. Since 1996, it has been held annually in the following locations:

1996 - Beijing, China
1997 - Singapore, Singapore
1998 - Taipei, Taiwan
1999 - Malacca, Malaysia
2000 - Hong Kong, China
2001 - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
2002 - Erfurt, Germany
2003 - Sydney, Australia
2004 - Reading, UK
2005 - Macau, China
2006 - St.Petersburg, Russia
2007 - Dallas, USA

The aim of ISCE is to bring together top technical professionals from the consumer electronics industry, regulators, government and academia to exchange information and results of recent work on systems, circuits, technologies, processes and applications in all areas of consumer electronics. ISCE is a truly international event and may be considered as a sister conference to the successful, International Conference on Consumer Electronics (ICCE) that has always been held in the USA.
